Yes, where it is safe to work. Switch on your hazard lights, move behind the barrier and send a live location. If the spot is not safe for a battery swap, we tell you and help arrange a tow to the nearest safe place.
At the car, once the work is done: cash, card, Tabby or Tamara. Delivery and fitting are free with the battery, and the warranty of up to 24 months is written on the invoice.
