How it works, step by step

Send photos of the cabin and paint, the car type and your location. Mention pet hair, stains, smoke smell or heavy sand so the right time and products are planned.
Choose place and scope
Pick interior, exterior or both. We confirm whether your building or villa allows the work, including water and power access, or book a workshop bay instead.
Interior, then exterior
The cabin is vacuumed, shampooed and wiped down first. The exterior is then washed, clayed to lift bonded dust, polished by machine and finished with wax or sealant.
Walk-round with you
You inspect the car with the detailer in good light. Seats may still be slightly damp, so you are told how long to leave windows open or the air conditioning running.
What Gulf conditions change
Fine desert dust behaves differently from ordinary dirt. It settles into air vents, seat stitching, window channels and door seals, and comes back out every time the fan runs. Outside, dust mixed with coastal humidity bakes onto hot paint and feels gritty after washing. A clay treatment lifts it, and a sealant makes the next layer rinse off more easily.

Car Detailing: questions
What is the difference between detailing and a car wash?
A wash removes loose dirt from the surface. Detailing takes several hours and goes into the parts a wash skips: shampooing fabric, conditioning leather, cleaning vents and seals, removing bonded contamination from the paint and machine polishing it. The aim is to bring the car closer to how it left the showroom.
Can detailing be done in my building's parking?
It depends on the building. Many towers in Dubai restrict washing in basement parking, though interior cleaning and waterless methods are sometimes accepted. Villas with a driveway, water and power are the easiest. Tell us where the car is kept and we will say what can be done there or offer a workshop slot.
Will polishing remove scratches?
Machine polishing removes swirl marks, light scratches and dullness that sit in the clear coat. Scratches you can catch with a fingernail will look softer but will not disappear, because they go deeper than polish can reach. Those are a job for touch-up or paint repair.
What does detailing cost depend on?
The cost depends on the size of the car, its condition, whether you want interior, exterior or both, and the level of paint correction and protection. Heavy sand, pet hair and stains add time. We give a quote from your photos before booking.
