What is different about Xiaomi batteries
Low-voltage battery may be lithium
Many recent Chinese EVs use a lithium 12 V battery instead of lead-acid, and specifications change between versions. We do not assume a roadside swap is possible. We confirm the unit by model and year first.

Xiaomi in the UAE: what wears the battery
The SU7 seen in the UAE so far has mostly arrived as a private import from China. Chinese-market cars come with local software and no dealer backup here, so a simple low-voltage fault can leave an owner with few places to turn.

Can you replace the 12 V battery in a Xiaomi SU7?
Only after confirming what your car has. If it is a type we can supply and fit correctly, we do it at the car. If it is a lithium unit that needs sourcing, we explain that before anyone is dispatched.
My SU7 screen is black and the doors will not open. What should I do?
That pattern usually points to the low-voltage battery. Use the mechanical key or emergency release described in the manual to get in, then call us. We test the 12 V side and try to bring the car back up.
Do you work on imported Chinese EVs?
Yes, for 12 V and low-voltage problems. Imported electric cars are a common sight in Dubai now. What we do not do is open the high-voltage battery or change software. For those faults you need a specialist in that brand.
