Which battery does a Rivian R1T take?
A Rivian R1T typically takes a 12V lithium or auxiliary or AGM battery. The R1T runs its locks, screens and computers from a small low-voltage battery that is separate from the drive battery. Its type depends on the build year, so we confirm it from your VIN or a photo before sending a technician.
Can you replace a R1T battery where it is parked?
Yes. We come to homes, offices, basement and mall parking and the roadside across our Dubai coverage. Send the building name, parking level and any security rules so the technician can reach the car.
Does the R1T need battery registration?

How long does a R1T battery last in the UAE?
