On the Ducato van the battery sits under the cab floor by the driver footwell, not under the bonnet. Reaching it means lifting the floor cover, so the job takes longer than on a car. Tell us it is a Ducato when you book.
Does the Croma need battery registration?
Start&Stop Fiats monitor the battery with a sensor on the negative post. It normally relearns the new battery after the car rests with the ignition off for a few hours. If a diagnostic reset is needed, we say so before fitting.
