A Zeekr with a full traction pack still will not start if its 12V battery is flat. That battery powers the locks, the screens and the contactors that connect the main pack to the motors.

Which battery does a Zeekr 9X take?
A Zeekr 9X typically takes a 12V lithium or auxiliary or AGM battery. The 9X runs its locks, screens and computers from a small low-voltage battery that is separate from the drive battery. Its type depends on the build year, so we confirm it from your VIN or a photo before sending a technician.
Can you replace a 9X battery where it is parked?
Yes. We come to homes, offices, basement and mall parking and the roadside across our Dubai coverage. Send the building name, parking level and any security rules so the technician can reach the car.
Does the 9X need battery registration?
No. The 9X does not need the new battery registered with a diagnostic tool. Some settings such as the clock or one-touch windows may need resetting, which the technician does before leaving.
How long does a 9X battery last in the UAE?
About two years is typical here, against three to five in cooler climates. Heat ages the battery whether the car is driven or not, and short trips with the AC on full never quite recharge it. A test before summer shows how much life is left.
Can you charge my Zeekr if the range is at zero?
No. We do not carry mobile high-voltage charging. Our service covers the 12V system. If the traction pack is empty, the car needs recovery to a charger. If you are unsure which battery is the problem, describe the symptoms on WhatsApp.
