Kushaq is built differently
The Kushaq comes from India on a version of the group platform adapted for that market. Its battery specification can differ from European-built Skodas, so we go by model and engine, not by badge.
EFB or AGM for start-stop
Skoda models with start-stop left the factory with an EFB or AGM battery. The replacement has to be the same technology or better. A plain flooded battery will not last in that role.
Does the Kushaq need battery registration?
Skodas with battery monitoring need the new battery coded in with a diagnostic tool, as on a Volkswagen. Without coding, the car charges it as if it were the old one.

Does the Kushaq need battery registration?
