Which battery does a DR PK8 take?
A DR PK8 typically takes a maintenance-free flooded or EFB or AGM battery, in the range DIN 70 – DIN 100 (L3–L5). Most PK8 cars take a maintenance-free battery. Versions with auto start-stop need EFB or AGM instead. If your engine switches off at traffic lights, tell us and we bring the right type.
Can you replace a PK8 battery where it is parked?

Does the PK8 need battery registration?
No. The PK8 does not need the new battery registered with a diagnostic tool. Some settings such as the clock or one-touch windows may need resetting, which the technician does before leaving.
