Which battery does a Dacia Spring take?
A Dacia Spring typically takes a maintenance-free flooded or EFB or AGM battery, in the range DIN 70 – DIN 95 (L3–L5). Most Spring cars take a maintenance-free battery. Versions with auto start-stop need EFB or AGM instead. If your engine switches off at traffic lights, tell us and we bring the right type.
Can you replace a Spring battery where it is parked?

Does the Spring need battery registration?
No. The Spring does not need the new battery registered with a diagnostic tool. Some settings such as the clock or one-touch windows may need resetting, which the technician does before leaving.
How long does a Spring battery last in the UAE?
About two years is typical here, against three to five in cooler climates. Heat ages the battery whether the car is driven or not, and short trips with the AC on full never quite recharge it. A test before summer shows how much life is left.
Can you jump-start a Dacia instead of replacing the battery?
